Our experienced sales force has built sound relationships with the major banks and will arrange the financing applications and complete all the necessary paperwork on behalf of the customer. After sales service is an integral element of our business strategy. ELT International has state of the art workshops equipped with the latest technology in vehicle service and maintenance machinery. The work shops and service centres are manned by highly skilled professional mechanics with notable years of experience. Optimised processes and quality standard measurements are employed in all workshops and service centres to guarantee excellent work at all times.

Repairs and Maintenance work is carried out on heavy duty line haulers and trailers. Minor accident damage repairs form part of our service portfolio.

Global leaders DAF and International Trucks have entrusted ELT International to service and maintain vehicles that fall under their service and maintenance warranties.

ELT International has mastered this process with the use of stringent end to end processes aided with pin point accuracy technology. ELT International offers an efficient delivery service of parts including payment options tailored to the convenience of our customers. This unprecedented parts support delivery service is available 24/7. Just a phone call away, the required parts will be packed and delivered to the customer at the earliest possible convenience.

In our quest to be an absolute Trucking Service Company, ELT International operates breakdown roadside assistance, with alliances throughout South Africa to assist our customers wherever possible. This 24/7 service is just a call away and our dedicated, well trained personnel will be dispatched immediately to the site where assistance is required. ELT International possess the necessary contacts for the towing of long haul vehicles and trailers. ELT International aims to reduce the down time of our customer in all incidences handled.

Breakdown Roadside Assistance

ELT International is a specialist vehicle and truck service company established in 2007. Rapid expansion has resulted in ELT International establishing two major branches in Gauteng and Lichtenburg and Kimberley. Three (3) strategically located satellite branches have also been established to ensure effective and efficient service is rendered to our valued customer closer to their premises.

Our professionalism, dedication and commitment to exceptional customer service resulted in ELT International being awarded the esteemed Parts and Service dealer contract for the Gauteng region. This was awarded by the global trucking giants NC2 Trucks Southern Africa (A joint venture company formed between Caterpillar & Navistar Company). This permits ELT International the mandate to perform vehicle servicing and repairs on International trucks that are under warranty, proving that NC2 Trucks Southern Africa endorses the workmanship delivered at ELT International. Exceeding expectation in the Part and Service dealership division, ELT International was awarded Full dealership status in 2008. This increased the dealership jurisdiction from just Gauteng but to include the North West and Northern Cape Province.

Another milestone was accomplished in August 2008 when ELT International was awarded the DAF Parts & Service dealer contract in the Gauteng region. This grants ELT International the rights to service DAF warranty vehicles and sell DAF genuine parts.

State of the art branches were opened in Lichtenburg and Kimberley in April 2010 and September 2011 respectfully, to handle the increasing demands from surrounding areas. The regional location strategy enables ELT International to interact closely with our customers and understand their challenges. This intelligence is then used to improve the quality of service thus increasing customer satisfaction.

ELT International employs in excess of 100 employees and is well within the employment equity targets. In our quest to achieve service excellence a training department has been establish to ensure that all employees are adequately trained in their fields of expertise so as to add value in each step of our value chain.
